Shipping & Delivery
BnBDirect’s service to the BnB industry offers selected products for delivery direct to your establishment. Deliveries are made to nominated areas on fixed days and cannot be deviated from. BnBDirect does not guarantee a specific time for delivery on the day to an establishment. BnBDirect cannot guarantee deliveries to you on a named day due to unforeseen third party interventions, “Force Majeure situations and/or “acts of God” and therefore accepts no financial or other responsibility whatsoever for the non-delivery of goods on the allocated day.
All frozen items are temperature monitored and controlled to the best of our ability until delivery to your door. However, if the cold chain is not maintained after delivery to you, we regret we cannot be held responsible for any damages and or losses incurred as a consequence thereof. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the condition of the goods on delivery and accept/reject same. Claims for damaged goods will only be entertained if received in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Orders are only accepted on line through the web system. Please do Not place orders per telephone or email as these cannot be guaranteed for receipt and execution.
Orders received after the cut off time of 14h30 daily will not be processed for the next day and can only be delivered the following week.
Returns & Replacements
We regret that there will be no returns or replacements on frozen items unless it can be proved that BnBDirect was directly responsible for any damage to the product whilst the product was under their care.
BnBDirect will only accept responsibility for replacement of any incorrect product despatched to the customer and does not guarantee same day replacement of product.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
BnBDirect allows payment by customers through EFT payment or credit card. We do not accept cash or cheques.

EFT accounts NOT settled within 4 days of delivery, will be blocked and customers will not be able to order any further product until the account has been settled in full.
BnB Direct reserves the right to change prices without notice.
BnBDirect strives to offer our customers the most competitive pricing we can but cannot guarantee price increases beyond our control. BnBDirect will endeavour to advise customers timeously of any price increases in writing.
BnBDirect will offer promotions on specific products from time to time to our customers
Updating Account Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to update any changes in the account information to ensure that we always have current correct details. This relates inter alia to change of ownership of the establishment, changes in banking accounts, delivery details etc.
Privacy & Security
The information supplied by the customer to BnBDirect will remain confidential to the company and will never be divulged to third party interests.
